(D.C.), Pittsburg H.S. (CA), Morgantown H.S. (WV), Harrison H.S. (GA), Towson U. (MD), Pickerington Central H.S. (OH). Congrats Guys - You were ALL Fantastic!! (Note: Some cuts had to be made to get you all in.)

Does anyone know what song touson university is playing (7:58)? I can't place it and it's going to drive me crazy!

@Guardgirl8 The song that Towson University Band is playing is "Get It On", which I think is the version that was done by Blood, Sweat, & Tears in the 1970s. Hopefully, this prevents you going crazy!

And question.....how slim are the pickings? Depending on how good the band is and how many bands apply, what are the chances of a good/great/excellent band being accepted?

My marching band director is applying for the 2012 Macy's Day Parade. So far our band has already performed at two major (but not nearly as major as the Macy's) Thanksgiving Parade. We just did a performance in Chicago in November for the 2010 Magnificent Mile Lights Festival, and back in 2008 the band went on a trip to Philadelphia for the 2008 Philadelphia Thanksgiving Parade. The bands did very well in both of these performances and we are definitely using the tape for part of the audition.

I'm in Seminoles band. We leave Tuesday for this. Can't wait.
