  • Hi scott great videos as usual ! I see you have BSN on your shorts and wondered if you have ever used No explode, I live in england and recently tried this product, i had a great workout with the product but developed a massive headache slightly after, is there something i can do to prevent this i have tried using only 1 serving with more water but still get light headed.

  • @ScottHermanFitness roughly how long would it take to get a 6 pack by doing the gravity reverse crunch only. I know people build muscle mass at different rates and there are different meal plans. I'm 14 in case you were wondering and i eat healthily.
