    Ok Zuzana.......I am starting ur workouts and I did this one today. Im not fit and am working towards being healthy. Plus my hubby wants to see me in a 2 piece this summer and I promised him Id wear one. Let me say that I DIED afterwards. I took lil pauses between rounds, but I did all 3 rounds. I have ALOT to work on, and that was apparent to me when I passed out for abt 5 mins on my floor afterwards LOL!!!! Ill do 2 ZWOW's a day til I catch up. Thanks for being so lovely and doin what u do!

    I decided to start zwow (beginning at #1). Started today and did 3 rounds in 23 minutes 9 seconds. Was tougher than I thought. Can't wait to do #2.

    Hey Zuzana, i used to follow you on bodyrock, but after you left it just wasnt the same! I am so glad that i found your new website and channel. I just did this workout and now i definitely know that i have A LOT of work to do :D It was really challenging and i had to pause between the rounds, but i did it!     Im just starting up these workouts and i did this one today and I have never felt so whipped in my life im a little overwight and trying my hardest to lose some wight before i get married i want to remember my wedding my whole life my soon to be hubby is on my side. lets say after this one i just wanted to stop but im still going here's to hopping
