Every week Zuzana Light will give you new ZWODs (Zuzana's Workout of the Day). Remember to track how long it takes you to complete each workout then focus on beating your time!   • I like Zuzana like most of you, but please, stop saying bad about LisaMarie. She is a nice person too. If you want to do compliments to Zuzana, just don't do it saying bad things about LisaMarie's accent or body or whatever. Sorry for my english.

  • Zuzana, YOU are the brand. Don't know what happened with Body Rock (don't care except how it affects you). You are great, great physique, great personality, great workouts, great accent. They are dull without you. All the best to your new brand which is the same as the old brand. YOU!

  • @msfitnessnut I agree with you when you say that Zuzana changed the lives of her followers and they love her. I can understand that xou and they prefer her than Lisa or BR. I was just saying that if you want to say to Zuzana that she is the best, that you love her, it is not necessary to say bad about another person. :) Zuzana will appreciate and be happy for the compliments done to her, not on the negative one done about another person. :)

  • @SomeJackass29 Due to several reasons (injury, work, etc) I took a 2-month hiatus from the program, but started back up a few weeks ago. Nowadays I can usually almost match her score and often even beat it! My time today was 18:12 -- It's hard for me to believe it. She is a fantastic person with one hell of a program at one hell of a price. Congratulations on your scores, Norway. Let's stick with it! Love and support from Detroit, Michigan, USA.

  • @Idosify91 I remember my very first time trying a workout with Zuz (November 2010 I think). I figured I was in decent shape and thought to myself "heck, if she can do this, I can at least perform somewhere close!" Oooops .... nope. It took me well over twice her time and I believe I had a near death experience somewhere near the end. I decided to stick with the program, but thought I would never be able to meet her scores. In a matter of months I was nipping at her heals. 

  • Zuzana, thank God you're back! I really missed you .... and I miss my abs, too.

    Completed in 18:12 today.

    Used a chair for assistance on the pistol squats due to bad knees. Had a little chat with Brutus during the dive bombers -- my workout yesterday involved 275 push-up movements, so there was a bit more gravity today.

    + Burpee for Erin!
