Dan Gilbert, the chairman and founder of Quicken Loans Inc., the majority owner of the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Lake Erie Monsters, and the operator of Quicken Loans Arena, sat down with Troy Sympson, an editor at Smart Business, to talk about growing a business, building a culture and keeping employees focused and motivated.

@novauniao100 LMAO Cleveland does suck. I'm 16 but have seen my Boston teams win 6 pro championships. Two of those teams beat Cleveland team in the Playoffs. Also in college hockey Boston University came back with 2 minutes in the game with like 3 goals to beat (ironic) Miami of Ohio. So yeah, it must suck being almost 50, and never seeing your own team win a title, and 16 year olds like me have seen so many. Boy Cleveland BLOWS! LMAO.
