In car police footage shows NSW Police giving chase and dragging a motorist out of his car after stopping in Punchbowl. Was there a real need to be dragged out of the car like that?

  • Yep sorry but the idiot driving deserved to be dragged out of his car.. What if that idiot went over a zebra crossing? The problem is the police seem to focus on the trivial shit these days and let fuckwits like this hoon around with 0 repercussions. I am constantly amazed at people blatantly disregarding speed limits. Just got my first speeding fine in 16years of driving though so I guess I can't complain about them anymore.

  • @Stewyy05 It wasn't an unmarked car, and he DEFINITELY knew they were there. How do I know? Emergency lighting is extremely difficult to miss, not to mention the siren. You can see that the emergency police lights were on when the officers got out of the car and walked toward the offender's car.

There is no abuse of their powers at all. They were actually going easy on him.

  • abuse? what abuse? does anyone here see any abuse?

  • @Stewyy05 are you for real -if there was any hint of the police over stepping there powers there is no way in hell the Daily Telegraph would have gotten hold of a copy and neither would it be on YT. The police would have had the video pulled from YT thats if they did not just make it go away before the imaged even left the car on board recorder. Thats if they are as corrupt as you suggest.

  • @GrumpyFrogProduction - Oh please, he stopped for them at a distance away once he obviously had realised they were there (presumably it was an unmarked car that he hadn't noticed at first)...he coulda tried to run and if the cops believed he was a threat to them then why did neither have guns drawn? It's merely police abusing their powers.

  • There's nothing wrong with that it's not abuse he broke the law and the cops took him out of the car and subdued him its normal procedure he's lucky he didn't get hit with the batons

  • @DrifterAJR Yea! Upholding the law is a real bitch aye! Risking my life to protect the streets for inconsiderate and ungrateful cunts like you. I still love what I do, whether you people think its right or wrong. Serve or protect your country with your life then come back and talk shit buddy.

  • They should have just shot him.. thats the problem with Australia these days.. If cops shoot someone they get in trouble.. the family should be paying for the cops bullets used..

  • wat fucking dogs!!!

  • Its all about shock and surprise and getting the control asap - but we must remember when he failed to stop he was from that point breaking the law and the power of arrest then change.
