Rebuilding a shattered refugee camp in Lebanon is taking much longer than promised. In 2007, the Palestinian camp Nahr el-Bahred saw three months of violence between the Islamist group Fatah al Islam and the Lebanese army. When the fighting stopped, the camp lay in ruins. Reconstruction work started several months ago, expected to last three years. But, the refugees could have to wait even longer. An AFPTV report.
