Lee Scratch Perry - The Word Association Interview (Revelation)

Reelblack TV was blessed to spend a few minutes backstage with legendary Reggae artist/producer Lee "Scratch" Perry after his performance at World Cafe Live. Experimenting with a new camera, we decided to do a quick "word asscociation" with the inventor of Dub. Live and direct, his new Grammy nominated CD, REVELATION is out now exclusively through Megawave/MVD.

Me's one of the few men who believe in my mess.

NB: i wrote word for word what Lee Perry said. Now to understand him you must know how he speaks. He speaks in (metaphors, parables) i tried to identify the words used as a metaphor so you can understand what he is saying. For actually he always speaks in a very cryptic way...so "MESS": means "sh*t or "feaces " and the rappers also use this "slang"it means "a person's own creation or anything or ideas they own" .."Pee Pee" is a waste also with the same metamorphic meaning....read slowly .be wise
