Next, in the Tibetan tradition, in the Karmapa's previous incarnation, when the 16th Karmapa passed into paranirvana, He had clearly left a prediction letter which described who His parents were and the 17th Karmapa was thus accurately reborn, manifested and descended to the world. Therefore, the noble Karmapa lineage, up to the 17th incarnation, has been very pure and He continuously returns to benefit sentient beings.

From this point of view, it is really something unimaginable for someone who is of this age. In reality, we can easily feel the Karmapa's dignity, His great compassion and great aspiration. We can feel the presence of all these qualities personally.

The present Karmapa, as we can see, since young, His view and thought have been very different and unimaginable. I have a very deep sentiment that many things which the present Karmapa is doing and His thoughts are actually the wishes of the 16th Karmapa. And due to His compassionate aspiration, these wishes are for the benefit of Buddhism and sentient beings.

First of all, from a common and general point of view, there is this English word called "teenager" and at present, the Karmapa is also at this age. Usually, when we talk about young people (teenager), he is often someone who is impulsive and prone to make mistakes. However, the noble Karmapa naturally makes us feel His great compassion, His dignity and His uniqueness, in particular that He is always thinking of how to benefit sentient beings and to spread the Buddha's precious teachings.
