The British Humanist Association, and specifically Polly Toynbee and Grayling should be called out for their hypocrisy as well. How is it that the UK media can pick on religion as being intellectually bankrupt, and COMPLETELY ignore the fact that their some of their top atheist brains on a popular level have lied about their open-mindedness and cower in the face of an intellectual debate?

Who is William Lane Craig? Why haven't I heard of him? Which journals is he published in? Where is he tenured? Why do none of the philosophers that I know care about his ideas? Is he a hack? Is 6:15 is a response to one of his arguments?

@Robin90modell exactly. Besides, what's the point of debating Craig or any other faith lunatic for that matter? They clearly are not able to accept facts over the irrational faith. They'll never change. Debating them is absolutely pointless and a waste of one's time.

@AtheistSpanker you should instead feel sorry for yourself living out the only life you got believing in lies and fairy tales. There's clearly no need to debate someone asserting belief in Unicorns. Likewise there's very little utility in debating all other kinds of religious fanatics.

@Robin90modell No I define spamming as spamming. Like the video rating bots that noah was hit by, and the threats that were made to his wife. There is definitely more negative coming from the side with the most people. And thats not me trying to diss atheists. If you have more people opposing religion on youtube, then you will have more people attacking religious apologists.

Oh, then I guess I'm totally wrong about how old people tend to get religious (more religious) when death approaches. That our scientific knowledge points to the conclusion that there is no afterlife, is not a pleasant thought, but it is the truth. It is often through fear of death that people find comfort in religion.

There are other atheist debaters, although Richard Dawkins is probably the most well known.

If you define criticism as spamming. What I see is approximately the same amount of constructive posts, and non constructive posts on both sides. In that way, there's more atheist pro spam, but also more atheist pro criticism. Ofcourse it will get more dislikes though, most likely.
