  • @1mamaherrera You can use push up handles to keep your wrist in a neutral position while foam rolling. There's actually a pair in this video if you look closely next to those pink boxes.

  • Just wondering how you avoid hurting your wrists. I've been foam rolling for months and it always hurts my wrist to be up like you were by just your wrists while calf rolling, hamstrings, etc. Now I actually pulled a tendon or something just from doing like you. Any tips?? Or other ways to do it without straining the wrist?
