Why is Bond's trainer still in jail if Bonds was innocent? He won't testify. I think his name is Anderson?

he was running an illegal business. thats why hes in jail. and hes that right not testify against barry bonds. maybe he doesnt know anything? maybe hes told them just that, they don't believe him. oh well, still doesnt indict barry bonds. bary bonds is only guilty in public opinion. if the feds had a charge, it does take 5 years to find it. local cops could gather evidence quicker than that, with less resources
