Saskatchewan Roughriders "Touchdown for Dreams" featuring Megan Fonstad (CTV Regina news clip)

The Saskatchewan Roughriders and the Saskatchewan Cancer Agency launched the "Touchdown For Dreams'' campaign on Wednesday, October 5, 2011.

The program is designed to raise money that will enable Saskatchewan women who are dealing with life-threatening cancer to realize their dreams.

The inaugural recipient, Megan Fonstad of Oxbow, was introduced at a Wednesday media conference. "Touchdown For Dreams'' will enable Fonstad to attend an Oct. 22 concert by Garth Brooks in Las Vegas.

The goal is to raise enough money to make 10 dreams, valued at $5,000 each, become a reality.
