New Orleans City Council Argues Over Trash Pickup - Stacy Head has one of her moments

Witness Stacy S. Head, New Orleans Council Member District B, have one of her "Manic Episodes." Her mood disturbance is sufficiently severe enough to cause marked impairment in occupational functioning and relationships with other Council Members. She is definitely displaying some psychotic features. Cynthia Willard-Lewis, Chairperson of the Committee Meeting, told Mrs. Head she was out of order and requested she put her poster sized sign down. She used a marker to write on the poster. Other committee members then felt compelled to comment on her behavior (indirectly). Watch for yourself. I love watching her when she has these episodes. We question why the rest of the nation calls New Orleans crazy, it's because we are! Trash has been piling up in the French Quarter while they fight out who is supposed to pick up what trash and where. Only in New Orleans.

Stacy Head is a white-woman who's on point with her argument. She had facts to support her actions. Willard-Lewis is a career politician who will side with the crooks, no matter what. Nig---- in this city called Stacy Head a racist, but when you
