@JedNZ my problem is not giving up everything for that...my problem is more, what are u gonna do after having finished travelling...u can't do that stuff for your whole life although i would like to.
got some experience with travelling in australia...it was the best time of my life but after landing back in germany I nearly became depressed... it's even harder to carry on with your life. remeber that folks =)

to do what these guys do you need to:
1. be fluent in english
2. be in good shape
3. be male (women wouldn't do half the stunts these guys do)

And they're CANADIAN! Best show on TV.

Sell everything you have, get a TESOL or similiar certificate, a one way ticket and start off in Vietnam or somwhere and away you go. Move from country to country putting a flag patch on your bag each time, experiance as much as you can everywhere you go and do this for as long you feel. Once you really get started its pretty straight forward but the hardest thing of all is letting go of that security in life and taking the first step into the unkown future. Memories last for life.
