Part 2. I was listening to FDNY dispatch on Scan America when a 2nd alarm box was struck for a reported plane crash. The filming is in real time, as it's happening. This flight was scheduled to depart New York LaGuardia (LGA) at 1445 and to arrive in Charlotte (CLT) at 1650. A 10-60 is the FDNY code for a Major Emergency Response. This includes plane crashes. The standard 10-60 response is 8 Engines, 4 Ladders, 2 Rescues, 6 Battalion Chiefs, 2 Collapse Task Forces, 1 Tactical Rescue, 1 HazMat unit, the Field Comm unit, Squad 1, 2 Deputy Chiefs, and 1 Safety Battalion Chief.

What made you suspect it was an MD80 or 737?

@dpcnull Thanks for the question.  I think it's because dispatch said that ~150 people were on the wings ... that's approximately what an MD-80 and a 737-800 holds. I don't know why I didn't think of an A320.
