As soon as you make enlightenment your number one priority, your enlightenment is guaranteed. Steps one through nine of this program are hard for those who are not sincerely committed to realizing their highest potential, but easy- and enjoyable!- for all who are passionate about their spiritual well being.

In this final segment of the Free Yourself series, we recap the entire process, then add to it a definitive idea of what enlightenment is: Enlightenment is simply knowing that you have reached your full potential, and along with that realization, expanding your possibilities of self infinitely higher and higher. Enlightenment is not a goal that we reach, but a path that we take. It is never ending, and ultimately fulfilling. When our number one priority is to be the best possible versions of ourselves that we can be, and we work on bettering ourselves continuously, we will never fall into low frequency states, low moods, or lack mentality.

Beyond this, once we are living in a state of perpetual growth, expansion, and spiritual seeking, we not only bring our selves into enlightened states, but also, we raise others around us into the joy of seeking their own betterment, also.

Sudevi, Is celibacy a must for enlightenment and are you celibate or you have intimate relationship with someone? and do you have any desire for bonding yourself with someone in the form of marriage OR do you wanna spend the rest of your life by yourself as celibate? Is sex a hindrance to achieving the higher states of consciousness? Please answer my questions sudevi!

I practicing brahmacharya. Celibacy means abstaining from sex; brahmacharya means, not even feeling a desire to have it. Until such a time as the desire drops, sex neither helps nor impedes your path to enlightenment. It's the craving for it, the fantasies associated with it, and the feeling of insecurity if it's not available, that builds up as an obstacle of the inner space.

This is a subject that affects everyone. Thanks for your courage to ask- I'll go more in depth in a future Q&A video.
