Keegan Briggs singing LIon King.AVI

This is a very amateur video of Keegan preparing for an audition. The song he is singing is from the Broadway Musical of The Lion King. I showed this at a conference a few weeks ago, and several people have requested that I post it here. The point I was making in the seminar, was that everyone has unique talents and abilities. The challenge we have in a dental practice is to have the right people in the right places, so their unique abilities can benefit the team. It doesn't work to try to change them, just accept them for who they are, and celebrate their differences. With Keegan, he is the odd man out in a HUGE sports family. Rather than try to change him into the athlete, life has been far more rewarding embracing his talent, and letting him be himself. Enjoy it! PS. Don't mind the TV in the background, or the puppy yipping near the end. Again, not professionally filmed!
