@Baritanist Covered perhaps but not constricted. hardly anything to LOL at.

Gedda is one of the most intelligent & gifted tenors of the last century. I don't think he was under rated but rather not as well known to non opera lovers as say Pavarotti or Domingo. They are great tenors too, but without the language skills and capability at French style of Gedda. He could sing anything well. His english is far easier for me to understand than that of many american or british singers. And nicely paired with Lorengar. some of the best singing I've ever heard from her.

Gedda's voice is totally constricted. LOL, how pathetic he is.

Que grandes artistas y que gran interpretacion de este bello duo sin caer en efecticismos. Bravi¡¡¡

Gedda was underrated? just because you just know the singers recording companies feed you. he was really onw of most popular singers.

ONCE AGAIN GEDDA SOUNDS WRONG IN THIS MUSIC PLUS HE GETS THE FIRST WORDS WRONG, LORENGAR IS WONDERFUL BUT SHE ALWAYS WAS.

A bio on Gedda, how wonderful. Is it available?
Wow! Not only are these two a great vocal match, but they have both some of hhnicest operatic voices I have ever heard. Gedda is far too under-ratd, while Pavarotti is far too over-rated: I prefer Nicolai Gedda over any of the 3 tenors anyday. And Lorengar is a beautiful soprano too.
