Stock seats on cheap bikes suck so goddamn much. Going over a bump sitting on one is like taking a baseball bat to the taint! Why isn't the seat just a big ass pillow?

@zanerainer What the point having one of the thin, no padded seat that give you pain, it's best to buy a larger version so your ride will be more better, enjoyable & comfortable.

Start with a level saddle, adjust bike so that your leg bent to roughly 30 deg. with your knee relatively over the pedal spindle, and adjust the saddle up 1 deg. at a time until you feel a noticeable change in balance and comfort. By taking pressure off of your hands, you make you sit bones and legs do most of the work. Shorts matter. My favorites are Specialized RBX bibs and anything made by Assos. While Assos is hella expensive, you'll be rewarded with amazing confort. Specialized saddles FTW!

Every 10 minutes stand for at least 1 minute. Do this off the bat without fail. A Gymboss timer helps. Try it - it works!

Adjust angle of saddles nose, fore and aft position. Widths of saddles can vary quite a bit.

Finally, just stand the whole time:exhausting but no butt pain!!

its usually because the seat is little too far back,(assuming that you have a good seat, and in a good riding position, but just having seat problems) which causes the weight and pressure to the front of crotch part. try setting seat 0,5-1cm lower, slide seat about 1cm forward, then have seat maybe just a tiny little bit nose down, like 1-2 degrees. what you really need to do is just play around with it and your find the best positions, it might take some time at the beginning though.
