@cdw626 Are you claiming that the Mormons don't baptise the dead based on your brother's death and you not being approached? If so, then you are not astute in the least. As for Joseph Smith being a con man, crock, thief, convict and much more, that is historical fact. You do know how to perform basic research, I hope.

@MACKATTACK1970 Also, when my brother died, nobody in the Mormon Church came to me to try to convert me in my moment of sorrow.
Oh and their Church also says that everyone goes to Heaven, no matter what. What level of Heaven they go to, that's what differs. In contrast to my Church... There's Heaven and Hell: You're either saved or you BURN! No second chances. Think about that.
Con man, crook, liar, theif, rapist, convict? Got some proof to back all that? Is everyone in your church clean?

@MACKATTACK1970 Disgusting... sick fuks? I'm not Mormon, but have relatives who are, and I personally do not see ANYTHING wrong with someone practicing their own beliefs. Furthermore, it's not like they DIG UP YOUR DEAD RELATIVE. Someone just stands there, they say their name and Baptize them in the name of the F,S,&HG. If the person in Heaven doesn't want to be converted to Mormonism then they don't have to take it. IT'S THEIR CHOICE! Why not let your relative personally decide what they want.

Chasey801 God knows what you are doing and he won't accept it.

What's the point of behaving the way God wants here and now when I can just be baptized when I'm dead?

@dangerouslytalented Christianity is highly insulting and very hurtful to some of other faiths and traditions. These feelings, however, usually stem from their own religious intolerance and bigotry.

@wealthisearned 1 Cor 15:29 is not talking about those who are physically dead? On the contrary, chapter 15 is specifically talking about those who are physically dead and about the resurrection of those who are physically dead. Therefore, in this context 1 Cor 15:29 must be talking about those who are physically dead.
"in the temples we do things for others"
Matthew 25:40
"And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me."
