@shanewhite I agree, I'm Irish and I don't hate the English. I think sporting rivalry between any close nations is healthy, but when people take it beyond sport I think its a joke. The current generation of English people have done nothing against Ireland for the best part, we (Irish) have no reason to hate them! In fact, I think that relations between the UK and Ireland have been great in recent years. @That Guy you commented against...I bet he supports English football/music/tv/everything! :P

@moconne1234 Since when does population come into this? Rugby is not our #1 sport either - Football is the most popular and compared to that rugby is a minority in England. I neither see the point of why you feel the need to bring this up either? Do you feel intimidated by our large population or something? We don't hate you, we just wanna watch some god dam good rugby. Got to be said, lads- the English rugby crowd in general are gents. I'll have none of the shite spouted by teenage eejits and people with chips on their shoulders. He welcomed them and respected their anthem on that day, and we were too good on the pitch.

Show some dignity and maturity, and don't tarnish a great day. We're better than that as a people as we showed that day, and the English deserve better treatment than that. It's rugby, not soccer.
