WARSAW, Ky. - A river rescue for one of three men who fell into the Ohio River near Warsaw, Ky. resumed Tuesday morning.
Police said Joseph McDermott, Jeremy Pence and Justin Hearn had shot a goose while hunting and were on their way to retrieve the bird when their boat capsized shortly before noon on Monday.
McDermott and Pence floated to shore and went to a nearby house for help before they were transported to the hospital for hypothermia, according to police. Hearn, 20, never resurfaced.
Crews from several jurisdictions searched for Hearn until dark Monday night.
