I would pull the stick out of the corn dog first......you know what happened to my dog once? There was the main stick in there plus an extra little piece from another stick in the corn dog batter and my dog swallowed it.....he got very sick. I also saw one dog inhale the stick....be careful. Some bassets eat very very fast.....my friend is a vet and you would not believe how many popsicle sticks and pogo sticks he has romoved from dogs tummys.
