http://www.therenegadehealthshow.com - I think the kitchen here is smaller than ours at home...

But that didn't stop us from putting on a fun "in the kitchen" show! :-)

Here's an easy and refreshing raw gazpacho soup that you can make to wow all your friends at a summer BBQ. (If you go to BBQs ;-) )

(We found this awesome recipe on GoneRaw.com)

  • It's spanish....

  • Willhum.....originally gazpacho had no tomato or peppers. Tomato and peppers are american produce. Remember that columbus crossed in 1492 and the spaniards were around before then. It started as a peasant soup where all items in the were ground and mixed with a lot of olive oil. Oh yeah, it is not mexican

  • Tomato-less gazpacho is not gazpacho. Watermelon and orange juice is not gazpacho its a fruit smoothie. Its from Spain not Mexico and popular in the South (Andalucia) especially in the summer.

A raw-food 'gazpacho' can be made by blending tomato, avocado, cucumber with lemon juice and water... add dill etc to taste.

  • Its not mexica!! its spanish from Spain!!!!

  • Gazpacho is a traditional spanish (europe) tomato-based raw soup, but well spread on the latin-american world,

it is drinken by most of spaniards in summer.

It can be prepared with many different ingredients depending on one's taste.

    Thanks for your wonderful net-work.

    Best regards from Barcelona, Spain.

  • watermelon and jalapeños? gross. whatever. to each his own

  • you guys have BRILLIANT chemistry!!

  • okay I would drive all the way from Australia - soon as they build a bridge :-)
