It was like a potters Disneyland...you have everything and it's all so organized! Loved the tour, I've watched it twice and am making notes of things I'd like to do to my space to make it flow better. Thanks again!

whats your opinion on soldner wheels? im stuck between that and a vl whisper shimpo
Loading...
They are both excellent wheels, probably best on the market. The Soldner is very responsive, a great foot pedal, plenty of power, but can be noisy. Also the working area is great on the Soldner. I love the wheel over all. The Wisper is also very good and has no belt, so no noise. I have use two of them, the first one was fantastic, in all respects, but the second one did not have good pedal control. The Wisper is cheaper too. If you get the Shimpo, try it out first, especially very slow speed.

Yes, we have a pretty big area, four gas kilns, several wheels, glaze area... well, you saw most of that. Thanks for the comment.

Thank you for your comment. Yes, I love Teco pottery and Grueby and many of the other arts and crafts pottery of that period. I will tell my wife you liked her work too.
