How can you discriminate against someone by making them follow the same rules as everyone else? Would a Catholic woman be allowed to wear a mantilla or a cross in a workplace? Would a Hindu woman be allowed to wear a Sari at work? Would a Buddhist be allowed to wear a Saffron at work? Should muslims be the exception? Why would a devout believer of any religion apply for a job at a place like A&F? It would be like a vegetarian applying for a job in a butcher's shop. Common sense would tell you not to do it, unless you have other motives.
