  • I purchased a used SOS Sport Solar Oven on Craigslist. It is a wonderful oven. I painted the interior of the oven with hi-temperature flat black paint, and also painted the pots & lids to match it. This seems to increase the temp and reduce cooking time by a few minutes. Anyway, get a SOS solar oven, a Stovetec Deluxe One Door rocket stove, and a Thermal Cooker (super insulated cooking pot) - and your emergency/survival/picnicing needs are met in full - day or night.

  • Wow!That looked good.Could you post a link or place to get that recipe? Thanks

  • Wow very nice. What is the cover made out of plastic or glass?

  • slantfaced ovens don't necessarily need reflectors especially if they are wide and have black interiors. I have been wanting a sport for a while. nice to see more videos on them.
