Not that I know of. The show was also carried on PBS stations.

@heine71 I don't know if they did or not, the CBC isn't exactly that smart when it comes to business decisions, they always complain about not having enough money but never go out of their way to market their products.

@visaman Wojeck was another, along with The Beachcomers and KIng of Kensington. The trouble with most shows that the CBC produces is that if it's a hit, and people actually watch it, the CBC management thinks that they did something wrong and tries to take it off the air. Wojeck, for example, was a huge hit but they took it off the air supposedly because they could afford John Vernon's salary, the real reason may have been that it shined the light of truth on government once too often.

This show was one of the very few Canadian shows produced by the CBC that Canadians actually watched.

I never heard of the CBC prime time series from the 1980's called "Seeing Things". Has a DVD set of the series been released for the Canadian market?
