verry true , i have a debilitating injury , that requires lots sitting around , turns out all that sitting and lying around caused the to lower vertebra in my back to seize up and it is painfull , on top of my injury ! but i do get out and walk around and i feel much better, if u have an injury, DONT LET YOUR BACK or legs seize up , belive me it can happen and im only 21
