Being from the Burgh you're no doubt aware of the Consol Energy deal -- proponents of which claim that tapping into the Marcellus Shale for natural gas will bring 500 million bucks to the airport. US Airways' employees were always my favorite. It almost was uncanny how kind and compassionate and dedicated they were. Pittsburgh was such a proper home for those folks. Shame KPIT gets left in the dust - for it is truly a beautifully designed airportl.

Glad to meet ya, LTC3! My take on our US Airways team at PIT is that it's a rare combination of folks that really dig their jobs, their fellow workers and their C-U-S-T-O-M-E-R-S! Cool chemistry…good vibes…whatever the heck y'wanna call it, it translates into a tangible, positive, very special customer experience. I love 'em - not merely for their assistance to me. I've observed their compassion with the bereaved and their patience with knuckleheads. "Caring Professionals!" That sums it up.
