from what i see just few things are in eng. i hope the english patch is better then that. or thier no point in make one.

nah, that's just the char creation screen, the whole UI and item infos are english too, however obviously not everything is translated cuz like that would be a waste of time (like quest infos hehe), but i read there's eng version being made so ya can just play that when it comes out...
