Great video Chris. One thing though, I think you're putting a bit too much blame on the parents. Some kids are just bad no matter how good or bad the parenting skills are. Anyway, that's just my thoughts. The parents could be awful of course. Oh and to answer your question, it will not be on his record past age 18. Those records are sealed and cannot be used against him in the future.
Pfft.. that's nothing. When I was 8 I had already robbed 4 banks, stolen 7 cars, and was on America's Most Wanted, twice. Don't tell anyone where I am, though. Still trying to stay incognito...

Obviously this kid is troubled. Without knowing more it is hard to judge, but at 8 it is hard to blame the kid for it.
The kid seems to need more help than what the school and parents can handle.
