January 26, 2007 - Penobscot Bay, Rockland Harbor, a balmy 2 degrees at 9am. The sea smoke was beautiful.

  • Yes it is. I froze my tuckus off walking 1/4 the way out there to get a recording of this. It certainly made for a memory!

  • I was served at Rockland Coast Guard station 1971/72. Good to see the bay again. When it gets a bit warmer, give us a view of the Breakwater light. SP

  • Will do. I have some photos but will have to piece together walking out the whole 9/10th mile with the family this summer. We usually do it at least once a month. I go out Saturday morning to see our schooner come sailing into the bay.
