  • jesus thats a straight 2 minute ride to universal station, going 70 mph almost the whole way. nice

  • @kidduelists Thanks! Yea, that stretch is a straight shot through the Cahuenga pass. This is where you can feel the true speed and power of Heavy RAPID Transit.

  • RIP Jaime Pasillas

  • On the surface in Maryland the DC Metro does 90. The Acela can do 150 only on one stretch between Providence and Boston (it can be found on Google Earth) due to all the curves on the rest of the line It is still faster than all of AMTRAK's other trains (blew by me on I-95 in NY and I was doing 70). There are plans to build a new line with its own right of way from D.C. to Boston to do that trip in 3 hours, probably not for another 20 years do to certain politics.

  • Amtrak Acela Express

Boston - New York - Philadelphia - Washington, DC

at speeds up to 150 mph

I think that is faster than 70mph

  • That's faster than the Ascela, our nation's only supposed high-speed rail line.

  • I always take the train from north holly wood to civic ctr

  • jesus thats fast..especially in the station

  • When in Driver ?
