ZHANG:
Up next we have the personal story of one such man who has quit the Chinese Communist Party. Mr. Chen, who is only identified by his last name for security reasons, is one of more than 45 million people who have quit the Party since the Nine Commentaries was published. He made his decision because of what he witnessed happening to Chinese prisoners.
STORY:
Mr. Chen has long since quit the Communist Youth League and the Young Pioneers. He issued a public statement about why he quit the Chinese Communist Party.
[Mr. Chen, Quit the CCP]:
What the Party says is all lies and is just said to win peoples support. I felt that quitting the CCP and quitting the Communist Youth League and the Young Pioneers is like splitting the CCP from my heart. I also felt that after I quit the CCP, God and other people would help me.
Mr. Chen was once arrested by local police in Hebei Province and sentenced to prison. After the experience he realized that China's police must obey the CCP, and they do not have the power to independently carry out the law.
[Mr. Chen, Quit the CCP]:
If they want to persecute someone, they can fabricate some fake evidence. It is shocking how many people they persecute. I felt the situation is really hopeless in China.
During his custody, Mr. Chen was responsible for accompanying prisoners to their execution, often in a rural area. He said he personally witnessed death row prisoners having their organs harvested while they were still alive. The organs were to be sold for transplant.
[Mr. Chen, Quit the CCP]:
Instead of being executed, the prisoner was shot near his ears. The prisoner would lose consciousness but not be dead. Then the doctor would remove the prisoners organs, and after that they would shoot the prisoner to death. They think they can hide it, but in fact we witnessed the process clearly.
Mr. Chen said that law enforcement also uses torture to extract information.
Is there anything American Citizens can do about this?!! If so let me know!
