we had something like that happen with us, we had an ROV down near a wellhead and something was pushing the ROV from behind. Our cameras were at the front, Anyways we let the controls go to see if it was a bad feed or something and about 30 seconds later these huge whale swims over the top of the ROV and into the darkness, it was truly amazing as it was either playing with the ROV or trying to eat it.

the camera jerks up so fast to look almost as if the guy got scared lol

man that whale could go down that far pretty easy they can go down really really far further than we can go especially blue whales

actually blue whale goes at 'only' 200-300 metres deep.
