@HordeFTW111 could be. but the way i see it is more like that takedowns are moves to get an opponent to the ground, while grappling is more the wrestling part trying to perform a submission

@anhkhoinguyen I think they meant take downs instead of grappling
this is good way to teach beginners, shadow sparring first before contact etc, very nice vid.
