A short video showing some new items to my Ninja 250r.
A new set of Pirelli Sport Demons.. Way better than the standard Kawasaki tyres..
And a new MTC Stainless End Can with removeable Baffles.
Future mods are going to be, A tail tidy, A pillion seat conversion cover, and a rear huger to name a phew... I have had this bike for around 8 weeks now and its already got 6000 miles on the clock... LOL

  • The Sport Demons are a great long wearing tyre and superb in the dry conditions, but terrible in the wet or damp slippy roads..

The little kwak is an awesome little bike but for safe overtakeing and long hauls i traded it in for an Aprillia Pegaso Strada 650, as carrying camping gear on the little kwak was a pain so needed a bigger bike really, shame as i loved the ninja 250r as it kept up with the big boys in the twisties and even passed most of them :-0)

  • The rim tape is already on the rims from new as it was the limited edition 250r, but its around 5mm and can be bought from most motorcycle retailers/shops.

The MTC end can was awesome, let the bike breath properly and run a lot better throughout the torgue range all the way upto 12.000 rpm, but at high speeds after a while the end can noise even with the baffle in gets a bit too much on the ears lol..

After a week of buying it, i headed upto Scotland for a weeks rideing hence the mileage.

  • how much did the tires cost you?

  • Around £160 fitted by a mobile tyre technician..

They were a lot better than the standard 250 tyres.. A Lot Better.. :)

  • at least cut the fender down if you arent going to delete. did you put 150 on the rear or stay with a 130?

  • Why would you go to all that trouble and leave that discusting fender on there? lol. if nobody had invented a fender eliminator kit i wouldn't be getting the 250r

  • are those 150/70/17 or 150/60/17 i want to buy a set of those tires but im concerned with the rubbing. any tips on that?? ty very much and great bike!

  • How many mm is the rim tape, where'd you buy it? - How do the sport demons compare especially on wet roads? - You happy with the can? - 6000 miles, where the hell you riding, lol!?

I see you have a nasty disc lock there, check my videos, I installed an alarm on mine which I'm pretty happy with to replace the disc lock.

  • I'd rather see my tach then my fuel gauge.
