Let's face it, Foley is hardcore, street figh wrestling, nobody is better, and Cactus Jack was the most hardcore character ever, they all donate their bodies to this business, cactus jack took it to another level not even these guys wanted to venture into very often, cactus lost the match, but hhh lost the battle, cactus walked away, hhh had to be stretchered out, i think it was the best street fight hardcore match ever, Cactus Jack: "If the left one don't get ya, the right one will! BANG BANG!"

As Foley put it in his second book, HHH's stunned/terrified look really sold this moment. If not for him doing that fans would not have bought into Cactus Jack as a serious threat since probably only some of the people in the audience knew of the REPUTATION but never actually seen the character of Cactus Jack in action. You can cut the all time greatest promo but if your opponent laughs at you, your feud is dead in the water.
