SF4 Rufus Dive Kick Fastest Input link into EX Galactic Tornado

uf on F1. df+MK on F2-6. Finish EX-GT on F31 to combo. Shows how little range the fastest possible dive kick has, and also shows that Ryu was blocking, i.e. it's a true combo (+11F advantage).

Someone on SRK asked what the fastest divekick is, so I pulled out the Pstick, tested it for about an hour and then recorded this video to prove the frame advantage. They never thanked me and now two people have told me this is useless.

Can't say I'm really encouraged to help testing the system for SSF4 when this is how people act.

Actually it's not an overhead all dive kicks can be blocked crouching

If SF4 had more jump cancellable moves this might be a lot bett. I don't think this is entirely useless, though, as this would still be an overhead, wouldn't it? There's nothing wrong with a nice, quick instant overhead.
