SOOOOOO...

Before trying this video make sure to:
1. Stretch
2. Have water handy
3. GO AT YOUR OWN PACE!! (The only reason I did it this fast was to fit in a full circuit workout as fast as possible).
4. Go through the motions first and make sure you are doing it right before you focus on x of reps or you may hurt yourself or rob yourself of a proper workout.
5. Have fun and be patient with yourself.

Circuit Breakdown

Jumping & Switch - 25
Prone Cobras - 20
Reverse Crunches - 20
Jumping & Switch - 25
Stationary Lunges - 10reps each side
Jumping & Switch - 25
Side Crunches - 15reps each side
Hip Twists - 20
Jumping & Switch - 25
Butt Blasters - 10reps back & 10reps to the side each side

Repeat 2 times for maximum benefit

  • I love the format. I think it works great. I have been doing the nugget workout and it's realistic. I am very out of shape, but I have been able to do it. I also love how you say stuff to keep me going like "Come on...Get up" hahah...I also like the idea of putting the girl in the videos because it shows that the workouts are not gender specific. I think you are doing great, Trainer David. Keep motivating me, please!

I Have A Class That I Teach Doing These Moves And More No Weights And The People Are of All Shapes and Sizes And Are Killing It! I've Been Doing It For Just As Long As This Channel, Those That's Been Consistant Have seen the Changes!! Even Those Doing The Videos As Well!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!

  • could someone clarify this for me. we do 1 video for 2 weeks then go to the next one. and each time we exercise we roll the video 3 times? and is this every day or every other day?

  • Does anyone else find it incredibly ironic that one of the commercial's on this fitness video is for pizza that comes with cookies? As if pizza wasn't fattening enough on it's own. Now we're going to need to fuck up them french fries, that pizza AND those cookies.

  • Hi David, I was thinking since this workout focuses on many different muscle groups I could do it Mon., Wed., and Fri. if I added pushups to the circuit.

    But what should I do for cardio on my rest days?

    Are there any other exercises I should add to this for a daily workout?

    When's the best time to workout? I hear that doing cardio in the morning before you eat is good, but that you shouldn't do muscle work then.

    Sorry if you answer these questions in other videos I'm a new subscriber.
