  • @Thecoldwaterfall No, you store it in a dark and dry place. Hanging it up is prefered. But after you sliced it, keep it in the fridge. Not sleced it can be stored very very long.

  • OH MY GOD!!!! Heck yes this website is working~!! MY MOUTH IS WATERING! I live in Sacramento, CA and am seriously thinking about...hmmn, a road trip is in order. It almost goes beyond the salami!! My family is Sicilian and I grew up working in my Uncle Sal and Aunt Carms bakery/deli....so to see this store, the beautiful salami creations and all the Italian goodies in the store is MY youth! LOVE IT!!!! I am hoping they can ship!! :) Thanks for posting this video!!

  • Maybe theres very few salami makers in your neck of the woods, but here in Brooklyn, NY there a dime a dozen. I love it when my relatives from the midwest come to NYC, they are amazed that we have pork stores. Which is where you can buy homemade sopprasattas, capicolla, dry sausage, prosciutto and of course Italian sausage.

  • How can you store salami long term? I heard that in the EU they dont store it in the fridge?
