This video shows me with my doctor, DrWilley.com, going over my month 2 lab results. This information shows the difference of just one month on my nutrition plan and NO exercise, which emphasizes how important diet is in becoming fit. Also, my body fat % went from 31% to 26% in just 30 days, just by changing my diet.

  • @KevinCarbonara All changes to my diet including my exact (they are free by the way) meal plans are posted on my website. Hope that helps!

  • @roflex2 everything is coverted to fat if it's not utilized.

  • @noodlescratcher Sugar is converted to fat in the body and then stored, hence if you eat less sugar, you convert less to fat, and have less fat in the blood stream.

  • Definitely gave me a better understanding the theory is to just cut down on calories and exercise gave me the idea I could still kinda eat wat I want as long as I'm watching the amount of calories I was taking in not focusing on what I am putting in my body. Thanks
