Since i have been asked alot below are my settings
Im using Dolphon X64 REV 7719
DX 11 Mode, 1920X1080 RES
4X Native Resolution
AA is at 8 Samples (Quality Level 32)
A Filtering - 16X
Per-Pixel is ticked
Forced Texture is ticked.
EFB Copies is Virtual
Eternal Frame Buffer is disabled
Disabled fog
and skip EFB Access from CPU is unticked.

Are you using a Bluetooth wiimote?

It runs without a real wiimotion plus,on keyboard and mouse.
Get the wii plus plugin files from the dolphin website,
go to wii mote icon,and select Hybrid Wiimote,it works for some reason.

@pickle430 an i5-2500k is the same as an i7 minus the hyper threading, which is usually limited to work applications such as Photoshop.
