Im telling you that there are dudes serving life sentences where I work, been locked down 20+ yrs. and have zero access to weights and they are JACKED! LIke I said they use eachother's bodyweight for resistance as well as their own. You are trying to tell me that ARNOLD never used bodyweight exercises? Sure theyre never gonna be as big as "JUICE MONKEY" bodybuilders but they are jacked regardless. -ISSA certified fitness trainer

  • @aliasgr92 All excersizes work the abs, either stabalising (pushups) or contracting (jump squats)

    Other muscles included are Hamstings, Calves, Glutes, quads (whole leg basicly)

    Other muscles are also chest, triceps and alittle shoulders (on the pushups)

    If you a beginer you can do this workout 3 times a week, Monday, Wensday & Friday.

    And since this circle training is so short, repet what he did 3-6 times per workoutt :)

  • Can someone please tell me which muscle groups are worked in these exercises? I'm a beginner. And also shall this be performed everyday or what?

  • to make your half burpees harder take your knees out to each elbow

  • i would recommend not resting inbetween each excercise..
