@Rexygrek Hi, You are welcome. I don't speak much Italian yet, but I did a Google search for the lyrics for you, found it on a site called lyricsmania. I speak Spanish, and it's similar enough to Italian that I can tell the translation is not even close to a direct translation of Neil's original lyrics. I'm not always a fan of translations: like songs that have a different meaning when translated, as well subtitles for film which stray from what was really said.

@HunterMann Thanks for the Italian transcription of the lyrics. I appreciate it. I'm guessing that they translate to basically the same lyrics in English as Neil Diamond sings. But I'll send them to my brother who took Italian in college and see if he wants to see if they (English and Italian lyrics) are saying the same thing.

Bella la versione di Gianni ma curiosamente Diamond racconta la storia di un uomo tradito che non vuol sentir parlare di donne e per questo resta Solitary Man, il nostro eroe invece non sa "che sarà di me se perdo anche te". Bella comunque!
