Also, the virus seems to be called "Ouroboros". You can hear Wesker mention it at 0:06.
Seems to be a T-Virus and Plagas mix (Obvious Plaga Parasite in the syringe). I don't think it'd be the G-Virus or there'd most likely be severe mutation on the infected's part body-wise.
You can also clearly see a lot of RE4 inspiration bessides the Plagas itself; an El Gigante variant (with the "stalk" even sticking out from the same place as RE4), a Del Lago variant, and whatnot.

It's gotta be Jill, Wesker's comment all but says so...
"I would expect you to be happier to see us."

...who else does Chris know that he'd be "happy to see"?? Given we know Jill died earlier on in 2006, that's the only logical choice.

Beautiful game to look at, but the controls are really difficult. The Demo is already available on PS Network.

in one trailer ive seen, the chris and sheva were both fighting the bird lady at the same time, so it can't be sheva
