BEN GRIFFITH lives in Frankfort, Kentucky and is a member of the board of the Kentucky Coalition to Abolish the Death Penalty. On one terrible day, his brother, Chris, was murdered. Here is his moving statement about that event.
Ben, oh how Chris' story made me cry . The pain you & your family have endured w/ no real justice or an end to any of it, along w/ such loss & pain that remain is heartbreaking just to imagine. I admire you for sharing your story & view of DP, regardless of such loss. Im sending your KCADP video to some family & friends of mine who arent 100% sure & remain "on the fence" about the DP, they need to hear it. <3 My prayers to you/your family. I admire your strength in sharing this. God bless! <3
I am sorry to hear about the death of this man's brother. As painful as it must have been to lose his brother, it is amazing that he can still advocate for abolishing the death penalty. I too am against the death penalty.
