These dogs have cerebellar hypoplasia, a neurological disorder and they love river dancing music. AMAZING!!

I would hope you were smart enough to read the description.

It says they have the disorder known as cerebellar hypoplasia.

It is caused by there cerebellum not being completely matured at birth.

And as you see, a lot of uncoordinated movements are the result.
