    Christianity is like what you described because it's the religion of the majority, and is the norm in Western, European, and Global civilization. It accounts for so many things you normally wouldn't think about at first, and lends itself to prestige, power, and importance in people's lives. However, where I live people are becoming less drawn to religion's dogmas of life, akin to a decaying mold, often assimilating for cultural merit but don't can't understand how science counteracts it.

    Also, for the record, I'm not atheist. I'm agnostic. I'm quite open to the possibility that there is a divine being out there. What I'm not is religionist. I'm against religion because of its structure, the air of superiority its followers have and the general bullshit of it.

    Except Buddhism

    Buddhists are cool

    They aren't self-appraised assholes like most Christians/Muslims I know
